Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions as they outline the expectations and procedures for participation in our club.
Attendance
If your child is unable to attend a session, please inform us as soon as possible.
If your child missed four consecutive sessions without prior notice given, we may review your child's space and consider offering it to another person on the waitlist.
Behaviour & expectations
All people are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, peers and club property.
Bullying, Disruptive behavior or any form of physical harassment will not be tolerated.
Any discussions of topics deemed as inappropriate or obscenity will not be tolerated.
Bullying or harmful behaviour will be:
Addressed immediately
Reported to parents where appropriate
Parent & Carer Responsibilities
Parents must:
Provide up-to-date contact details
Inform us of medical or additional needs
Collect children on time or arrange safe collection
Payments
Class payments are taken in advance by online payment when booking is made for the half-term block. The amount of weeks may differ from term-term therefore prices may vary each term.
Refunds are not given for missed sessions unless in exceptional circumstances.
All payments must be made up to 5 days before your child’s official class starts. Your child will not be permitted to class until payment has been made.
If a payment is not resolved before the next scheduled class, your child will lose their place and will not be permitted to attend.
Class Procedure & Collection
Lessons start promptly at the time shown on the timetable.
Parents/guardians must collect their child on time. Only authorised individuals are allowed to collect children. Any changes must be communicated in advance.
Parents/guardians may provide written consent for their child to walk home alone. This must be made clear to the club manager, Rosie, in advance. The club holds no responsibility once your child has left the premises.
Your child is expected to bring their progress card/books with them every lesson.
Health and safety
Please notify us of any medical conditions, allergies or special requirements you or your child has.
We will not administer medication.
In the event of an emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian or next of kin as soon as possible.
The fire assembly point is down the sideway located on Bridge Road opposite the front of 3a Bridge Road, and all attendees must proceed there in the event of a fire alarm.
Maintain safe working space by keeping an up-to-date risk assessment on file
Use age-appropriate materials and equipment and keep the working space tidy (clear of debris, trip hazards and blockages).
Ensure appropriate staff-to-child ratios (1 Adult to 8 Children)
Keep emergency contact details for all children in an easy to access place
Parking & Drop-Off
There is no parking on Bridge Road where our studio is. Parking may be available on the residential roads in the surrounding area but please be respectful and mindful of the residents who live on these roads.
Please do not block entrances or cause disruption to neighbouring businesses or tenants/home owners during drop-off and pick-up times.
Cancellation and Termination
If you wish to withdraw your child from our classes, we ask that you give us notice before the following half-termly block of classes.
Our system is set up to re-enrol students for the following half-term.
Events
Our ticketed events are non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances.
Data Protection
Personal data collected will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
The club reserves the right to cancel or terminate a person’s place due to non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions
